Phlegmatic is a Technical Death Metal band from Bangalore / Surathkal, formed in November 2010. Their track "Conscientious Outcast" was featured in an International Compilation Album Xtreme Compilation Online by an Indonesian Metal Webzine 'Xtreme Zine'.
