Vichitra is a Kannada Experimental Rock Band from Bangalore, formed in the Autumn of 2010 by Amyth and Ruthvi and the name suggested by the vocalist Sujith. The band has varied influences from Classic Rock to Death Metal to Noise Rock and some love towards “Indian Ragas”! The band consist of young members with average age of 18. The bands lyrics have been concentrating on social issues like current politics, the position of Indian farmers, touches the depth of spiritual awareness that actually touched the tastes of many a rock lovers and describes the turmoils of the transition from childhood to adulthood.
