Ether is a multilingual Electro-Core band from Siliguri (West Bengal), formed in 2003. The Band specializes in electronic rock music and is the first band in India to fuse turntables with acoustic drums, hip hop, rap, rock with nu-metal. The band released its first album 'Mone Hoy' under Raaga Music, and got enormous fame after MTV released their music video 'Ami' on MTV Roots, and soon it got nominated for MTV VMAI AWARDS ASIA. The band is currently based at Kolkata.
