Mannfarid is an Alternative Rock band from Pune, formed in 2011 under the name 'Redefined' but after a line up change 'Mannfarid' was formed back in November 2012. They diversified from initial English lyrical themes to Hindi, while retaining and enhancing the sound of the band. The whole idea was to bring in a fresh new sound along with traditional sound with a little 'Desi' feel. Mannfarid have headlined multiple rock competitions and have multiple performances under their belt by enthralling crowds all over India which can be justified by achievement of the VIMA Music Award for Best Rock Song for their debut single 'Hoslo Ke Paro Main' which was judged over 700 entries from India, Sri-Lanka & Pakistan and which got chosen for the MTV ROADIES X2 Anthem.
