Easy Riders is a Rock band from Kolkata, formed in 1993. They
played their first show at the Xavotsav, the college fest of St. Xavier’s
Calcutta, in 1995, winning the band competition. What followed was a
short, roller-coaster and familiar journey with winning competitions
such as IIT Springfest & IIM, playing the college-rock circuit and
eventually going their own separate ways, disillusioned. Cut to the
present, and they find themselves back where it all began, once again
chasing that impossible dream. To make rock music free of pretensions
and with originality as the lodestar.
