ReCycle is an Alternative Rock band from Imphal, formed in November 2006. They came into existence with a common urge to bring the musical landscapes of 90's grunge, Alternative and funk flavor. Prior to starting off their Recycle journey all band members played in different local bands separately. They won the “Best Vocalist” award at the Hornbill Rock Festival 2007 and also took part in the mega Nokia Promotional Christmas Rock Festival 2008 held in three districts of Manipur and Shillong. In 2009, ReCycle contributed a track 'Walk On' for Rock4Life, a compilation album featuring eight bands from the North East including Soulmate (Shillong) and Digital Suicide (Guwahati). So far so good, the journey has been culminated an experience of live gigs, rehearsals and studio recordings.
