Frayex is an Alternative Metal band from Greater Noida, formed in November 2009. They draw influences from groups of various genres, from the abrasive, deep, dense and alternative sound of Nirvana and Alice In Chains, from the hard hitting styles of Metallica, Megadeth and Avenged Sevenfold. Their sound is a mixture of all of their different influences and interests, as well as their own creative contributions to the band's sound. Their genre can best be defined as 'Alternative' and 'Grunge-Metal' as our sound encompasses both 'heaviness' and a deep and dark overtone, along with softer, cleaner songs.
