Alien Gods is a Black / Death Metal band Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh), formed in 2005. Before the band came together as Alien Gods, most of the band members had already been involved in the local music scene for some years, though it was only when the four musicians met each other and found they had the same musical influences did the music really begin to happen for them. Although their influences range from black metal and death metal, it would be hypocritical to level themselves to the genres. They don’t want to be the fastest, the heaviest or the most evil band in the world, they just want to create the music that they love to listen or to bang heads to, Metal; even if it has to be lightning fast, heavy as hell or as blasphemous as the one with the forked tongue.
