Pip of The Fourth Mother is a Punk / Power-pop band from Shillong, formed in 2009. They have been performing in and around the city of Shillong and it has earned them a cult status for their toothpaste fresh originals with tongue in cheek lyrics. Their music is all about venting aggression and emotion through power-chords and catchy licks. They've got a set-list of many originals and they're ready to take it to the next level! “Vs the World Vol.4″ is a compilation of upcoming punk / alternative bands from around the world. Every year, bands get featured in this compilation and a part of the proceedings go to the 'Go Green' initiative pertaining to global warming. This year’s compilation features punk bands from the US, UK, Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Brazil and India. Pip of the Fourth Mother is a punk/alternative band from Shillong and their single 'Shillong' has been selected as the 17th track in the compilation.
