Stranglehold is a Thrash Metal band from Bangalore. It is a sort of super-group, in which Bangalore’s best come together. The band comprises of Sandesh (Myndsnare, Extinct Reflections), Gaurav (Inner Sanctum), Narayan (Extinct Reflections, Inner Sanctum) and Yasmin (Myndsnare).
